On May 1, 2024- TCSG Commissioner and AU President signed a system wide articulation agreement where students from all 22 Technical Colleges in Georgia can transfer to Augusta University to pursue BS in Cybersecurity without minimal delay
"Since fall of 2021, we have seen an influx of students transferring from 85 different two-year and four-year institutions nationally. We are designated a CAE-CD and becoming a cybersecurity destination institution for aspiring cybersecurity students,” said Gursimran Walia, PhD, associate dean for academic affairs in SCCS.
On March 15th, Augusta University hosted VPs of Academic Affairs across Georgia institutions during the Cyber Workforce and Education Pathway (CWEP) workshop for insightful discussions strengthening the transfer pathway for technical institutions within the dynamic field of cybersecurity.
